This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services at themeqr.com. Please read this privacy policy carefully. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

• Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address, that you voluntarily give to us when you create an account.
• Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
• QR Code Data: When you create a QR code, we store the information required to generate and serve the QR code and its associated landing page. This includes destination URLs, text, images, and other content you provide.
• Analytics Data: We may collect information about your QR code campaigns, such as scan counts, dates, locations (if available and enabled), and device types. This information is used to provide you with analytics and improve our services.
• Connected Social Account Data (TQR-Sync): If you choose to connect a third-party account such as a Facebook Page through our optional TQR-Sync feature, we access only the data needed to provide that feature. See the dedicated section below.

TQR-Sync and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data

TQR-Sync is an optional feature. It only operates after you explicitly connect an account and grant permission through Meta's official login flow. You can use ThemeQR fully without ever connecting a Meta account.

When you connect a Facebook Page (and any linked Instagram Business account), we request the following Meta permissions and use them strictly as described:

• pages_show_list — to display the list of Pages you manage so you can choose which one to connect.
• pages_read_engagement — to read the posts and content published on the Page you connected, so TQR-Sync can detect events and automatically generate a QR code landing experience based on those posts.
• business_management — to allow Pages that are managed through Meta Business Manager to be connected.

We store a Page access token and basic Page information (Page ID and name) so the feature can run on your behalf. We use Page post content only to generate and update the themed landing pages for the QR code you connected. We do not sell this data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties. We do not post to your Page or modify your Page content.

How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Email you regarding your account or our services.
• Provide analytics and insights into your QR code campaigns.
• Operate the optional TQR-Sync feature on connected accounts you authorize.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Site.
• Notify you of updates to the Site and our services.
• Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties.

Information Sharing

We do not share your personally identifiable information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Data obtained from a connected Meta account is retained only while that account remains connected to TQR-Sync. When you disconnect an account or delete your data (see below), the associated access token and stored Page information are removed.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct any incorrect personal information.
• Request that we delete your personal information.
• Disconnect any connected social account at any time.
• Opt-out of future marketing communications.

Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from ThemeQR at any time:

• Disconnect a connected account: In the TQR-Sync dashboard, use the Disconnect option for the connected Page. This immediately deactivates the connector and removes the stored Meta access token and Page information associated with it.
• Remove Meta's access directly: You may also revoke ThemeQR's access from your Facebook account at any time via Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, then removing ThemeQR.
• Delete all of your data: To request deletion of your ThemeQR account and all associated data, including any data obtained from connected Meta accounts, email us at info@themeqr.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process verified requests and confirm once your data has been deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
